River Run Terrazzo 24"x24" Field Tile
Product Description
This Terrazzo Tile is manufactured from Natural Marble aggregates in a cement matrix. Precast terrazzo has a natural color range in the aggregate. This can cause variances in overall color. Tile is to be blended at the job site from multiple pallets in numerical sequence. Slight variation in shading in aggregate and matrix color can be expected.
Tile weight is depends on the tile dimensions:
11-13/16" x 11-13/16" x 1/2" = Approximately 7.0 lbs.
15-13/16” x 15-13/16” x 5/8” = Approximately 14.0 lbs.
23-13/16” x 23-13/16” x 7/8” = Approximately 42.0 lbs.
Notes:
•Sealer is recommended on field tile prior to installation, to avoid staining. This is an UNSEALED Tile
•All slabs are delivered factory sealed.
•All Trim & Accessories are delivered factory sealed.
•All Tile Bases are available in Polished or Honed finishes. Tile Base custom heights are available via Special Order.
•Stair Treads are available in all finishes and field tile sizes. Transition Tiles are available in Polished and Honed finishes only and available in all field tile sizes.
•UV Sealer needs ot be applied on site for exterior installations.
•Suitable for exteriors in non-freezing climates when proper installation methods are followed. Terrazzo tiles with glass aggregated cannot be used for exterior applications.
•Use of a latex-modified thin-set is recommended for installation.
•Custom colors and sizes are available via Special Order.
•All sizes and colors are available in Polished, Honed, or Brushed and have chamfered edges.
•Tiles are not boxed. There is a $30.00 crate charge is included in the price.
•Variation in shade, color and finish is inherent in all Terrazzo products. Prior to installation, tile should be approved by customer. No claims for shade or texture will be honored after installation.
